How does it work?

1. Design your referral programme. The first step is to design your referral programme, a simple process of choosing the rewards and email preferences to suit your business and recruitment policies.
   
   
2. Send invitations. Secondly, you'll invite your employees, previous candidates, alumni, clients - whoever you want to invite - to join the programme. You can use CareerWorms to design and send the email invitation - or manage invites yourself. Either way, we manage all the membership administration: maintaining email preferences, keeping profile information up to date, processing finders fee payments and managing unsubscriptions.
   
   
3. Loading new vacancies. As new vacancies arise, load them into CareerWorms. In the background SocialRecruit will deploy a weekly email to the members of your referral programme. The email will contain a list of jobs that match that member's preferences - information we've captured at signup to help us ensure we only send them relevant jobs.
   
   Our sharing centre makes it easy for members to share vacancies on social networking sites, blogs or simply by emailing job opportunities directly to a friend. We incentivise the sharing activity with a finders fee - payable if anyone introduces a successful candidate.
   
   
4. Review candidates. As candidates apply online, we'll email you their covering letter and CV for your review. You can manage candidates in CareerWorms or export their details into your existing candidate management systems. The sharing and application activity is all fully trackable so you can see what type of jobs work well with social recruitment to ensure you acheive the best results from your programme.
