Join CareerShare - the CareerWorms Finders Fee Programme

What is it?

CareerShare is an employee referral programme that offers you a finders fee for helping one or more of your friends find a job.

We send you a weekly email with a list of job vacancies: the most promising jobs we can find in the sectors your friends work in. Alongside each job is a link that allows you to quickly share a job on your favourite social networking sites or forward the job directly to a friend.

After that, if anyone clicks on a link you've posted, we'll record that you made the introduction. If they go on to get the job, or any other job through CareerWorms, we'll pay you between £150 and £10,000!

How does it work?

When you join CareerShare, we'll ask you a few questions about the typical industry sectors most of your friends work in. Then we'll send you a weekly email with a list of the most relevant jobs. If you see a job you want to tell someone about, simply click on it and you'll be taken to the CareerWorms Sharing Centre. From there we make it super easy to post a notice to your favorite social networking website or to send someone an email telling them about the job.

After that, if anyone clicks on your post (or on a link in an email that you've forwarded) we record that you made the referral. If they go on to upload their CV to CareerWorms and get a job through our services, you'll receive credit for the referral.

Show me the money!

Many of the jobs you'll see aren't advertised elsewhere, so you'll be doing your friends a great service sharing exclusive job opportunities to help them find work. Still, you'll be keen on the financial reward too. If someone you introduced to CareerWorms gets a job using our services, you'll get between £150 and £10,000 for your trouble.

Once you've made your first successful referral, you'll receive an email describing how to provide us with your UK bank account details so we can arrange payment.
