Terms and conditions

These are the terms and conditions you should understand and accept as a user and / or member of CareerWorms. CareerWorms reserves the right to revise any or all of this agreement from time to time. Amendments are effective and binding upon being published on this website.

1. CareerWorms membership is free.
   
   
2. If you use the 'Career Compare' tool - your career history will be stored anonymously to allow CareerWorms to present career path opportunities to other members. Your career history will never be publicly connected with you.
   
   
3. If you use the 'CV Optimiser' tool - your CV will be stored anonymously to allow CareerWorms to generate lexical statistics from the words contained in your CV. Your CV and the content contained in your CV will never be publicly connected with you.
   
   
4. If you use the 'Job Search' tool, CareerWorms will store the search criteria you use to enable you to find relevant jobs faster every time you return to CareerWorms.
   
   
5. CareerWorms will not share or sell any of your personal information without your permission.
   
   
6. If you want third parties to contact you about job opportunities, you must give your permission to CareerWorms to share your personal information. You can control the visibility of your personal information from your 'Profile' page. Setting your profile visibility to 'Public' indicates that you give permission to CareerWorms to share your personal information with third parties.
   
   
7. CareerWorms reserves the right to revise any or all of this membership agreement from time to time. Whenever there is a revision to this agreement CareerWorms will notify you of the revision on your profile page. Disagreement with such revisions will prohibit you from maintaining your membership. Your continued use of the benefits of membership without indicating a disagreement will signify your acceptance of the agreement and revisions.
   
   
8. CareerWorms will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, costs, or expenses arising in connection with this agreement, content on the CareerWorms websites, emails sent from CareerWorms domains or our clients, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
